Can i use my Pakistani bank account statement to support my application

Yes they will accept it as long as the following applies:

- no issues between the two countries and you are legally allowed to transfer money from your home country banks to Canada banks
- they will ask for the bank statements dating back a few months, so you should be able to get those
- the amount needs to be equivalent in canadian dollars to the minimum requirement
