My Medicals status says 'Passed' today ( August 9th )

I applied on July 22 at Hyderabad VFS.

Visa being processed at Bangalore.
MBA- University of Ottawa -Paper Based application

How long does it take from this stage to final Review?

I applied from Bangalore VFS (15th July).

Those who Applied for visa on 7th,8th july are still waiting for Final Decision.
You have applied just 10days back. So you may get your VISA by 20-25th.

If you applied under SPP you may get early too.

I have seen updates as people applied july12th under SPP category got VISA by july26th.
Have you done your medical upfront?

I have also applied on 11th SPP medical passed. Bangalore visa office have not issued any visa of 12th you might have heard of Delhi office
