Hey guys, My passport has been dispatched but did not get a single sms or email from VFS bangalore. Whats happening?

you can get to know your decision if you had linked your application online. Else all you can do is wait till you receive your passport. Btw when did you apply?

July 6th. it was paper based application. Are you guys getting any mail/sms updates from VFS? Are they not supposed to confirm the decision via email?

no they don't. All you can do is link it online and check the decision. or all you can do is wait till you receive your passport.

Hi Vaishnavi, I tried linking the application but it did not happen. If they approve a Visa:- we require the pdf approval letter from cic along with the stamped passport. Bangalore applications are taking longer time and even after paying email/sms alert fees, I did not receive anything till date. It took exactly 30 days for the processing.

Two of my known allies got refusal 2 days ago, bt they got a mail from cic stating the reasons for refusal. I am damn worried as I did not get any intimation for the pp dispatch either. Is it because I applied via an agent?

Hi while applying i made a miatake in application by mentioning end date of program as it was on offer letter but actual end date in still one year more. Does this could be the reason for visa rejection
