Bangladeshi: Want to re-apply for Student Visa Canada

Hi,

I got rejected for Student Visa from Kuwait, refer below:

I am going BD now, since I do not have anemore ties in Kuwait, my family also shifted BD.

I want to know when I can re-apply and is there any experienced person who helps student who got rejected.

I really want to know all proper procedure since I do not want to waste further time in life...

Just get established in BD first. Get PROOF of your ties there.

I guess I will pursue 1 year in some nice University in Bangladesh for BBA and then apply. Will that be best ? or is there better suggestions

in that case, try to get admission to north south ... and after a year, you can transfer your credit to windsor... 99% get successful ...
