Saiful is my old friend (previous colleague). He never visits this forum. It was me who has put his name/details in the MI-2 List. I am always in touch with him. And the news is correct .....he has been upgraded to IP. I hope this satisfies you !!!

I know one Saiful [Mech Engr], & he is still serving in Bangladesh Air Force as Aircraft Maint Engr. We were same batch mate from Engineering Background. We served together in Air Force in Engg Branch. I have retd but he is still serving.

Marzuk Bhai, is he the same Saiful? [because his attached number 8277 is familiar to me].

Chances are 100% almost....Its not that much high demanded....Just apply with appropriate documentation...

Dear FORUM MATES yesterday I got an email from CIC where they stated that they are not satisfied with my Documents. They asked for documents relates to following caluse

(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of this requirement. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 7242 Industrial Electricians.
