My IELTS has already been expired.....but I am yet to be IN PROCESS
Will CIC ask for another fresh IELTS certification?

No. CIC will not ask u for IELTS. We all MI-2/MI-3 expiered our IELTS. So dont worry about it.

Please let us know the time line of your relatives who is MI-3 & In-process since June.

Yes there is a time limit which is mentioned as the Visa expiry date on PP...Ur first entry have to be made within this time....And this PR Visa is issued for one time entry only...

Time limit for first entry is 1 year which will be counted from the date of your medical done.

If your IELTS is valid upto the date on which cic receive your file, it will be ok.
They will accept it. Don't worry.

No. CIC will not ask u for IELTS. We all MI-2/MI-3 expiered our IELTS. So dont worry about it.

Please let us know the time line of your relatives who is MI-3 & In-process since June.

In all visa there is an expiry date. You have to enter any that country within that mentioned date.......as mine it is 12 May 2015
