Anybody knows, for new applicants, if CAP is not reached by 04 May 2014 in any NOC code, will CIC accept application after 04 May 14?

Will appreciate an immediate reply.

Applications per eligible occupation:
Between May 4, 2013, and April 30, 2014, we will consider no more than 5,000 complete FSW applications for processing. Within the 5,000 cap, we will consider no more than 300 applications per eligible occupation for processing within this same time frame.

The cap year began on May 4, 2013, and will end on April 30, 2014, unless otherwise stated by the Minister.

Note: Once we reach the cap, we can only accept applications under this occupation from people with a valid job offer in place.

Chances are almost zero...Coz they are going to open a new EOI system from jan 15. So between this interim period they are not going to open FSW again.

I hv submitted passport on 19th March and Singapore Visa Office received on 24th March but still 5th line ''your medicals have been received ''.
when i will get my DM?
when your passport received by Singapore Visa Office?

when did u do your medical?? I sent MR+PCC+RPRF+PP on 26 March, Singapore received on 31 March, my medicals were received right after I did my medical like on 16/17th March. got DM day before yesterday.
IMO, u should be getting the DM any day now. sit tight. I hope they made a positive decision in my case. nothing to say till I get the PP back.
