FYI, I faced same problem before. Most prepaid couriers ( DHL, TNT or UPS ) assigned by AVO cannot receive return passport back to me. In my country, Indonesia, only FEDEX could do, But you must make an personal account number first, It will take 3 to 7 working days. Try to talk to them, I think they can help you.

Dear Kentoo..thanx for ur suggestion..i already talked FEDEX as well..but they have sent me some business consignment forms to fill it..it was mentioned import export etc..so i dont know wat should i say to them???any help?? should i ask them then i want to have a personal account number??

Dear KLMY,

Yes, I did it too, fill some business consigment ( submit copy CC, Copy of ID Card and tax number ). I said to them that I want to sent passport for visa issuance via Fedex and received it back. They guide me to make some personal account number. In the aggrement just fill the your identity and sign on the right bottom of the aggrement letter.

Please note they will clarify and call you before they issued the personal account number.

Did they give you any option to collect in person?

If not still you can go to Sydney visa office to submit the PP. Use air asia. I think that is cheap and good

here is what i found in my ppr for Bangladesh residents:
"Instructions for Residents of Bangladesh
Applicants who reside in Bangladesh may send their passports to the High Commission of Canada in
Singapore through the secure service offered by the VFS Visa Application Centres in Dhaka, Chittagong,
and Sylhet. The service provided by VFS includes obtaining authorization from the Ministry of Home
Affairs for sending passports to and from Bangladesh, two-way shipping by commercial courier, and
customs clearance. A VFS Logistic Fee of BDT 4000/- per applicant will be charged to cover handling and
shipping costs. Once processing has been completed, passports will be returned to VFS for collection by
applicants."

i hope we got the same instructions, and they requested to send pp through VFS, not by courriers. It's cheaper to send to Sing instead of Sydney. I paid 40 usd/ for each passport.
Wish all of us receive good expected news soon.

dear bro..i would be more happy if they allow me to use VFS..in Malaysia VFS is used only for Singapore..but they instructed me to send it to Sydney not any other visa office

thanx bro..yeah they have given the option to collect it by person as well..but its almost impossible to go there
