Dear Shumon vai,
Is this mean something when RPRf has been encashed?
Best Regards,
Green

No it doesn't mean anything. They issue a Bank Draft made on an amount you give, if you have account or not. I never had account with standard chartered and I gave 83,500 taka cash to make 980 CAD along with bank charges. They made the draft and gave it to me, I posted it. See it really has nothing with the bank anymore, or your account and the bank has deducted the money on the very moment they issue the draft. But as an account holder they will not deduct the bank charges.

it's a payable cheque to be drawn from some Canadian bank in favour of some receiver's general of Canada. The usual validity for any draft is 06 months from the date of issue. So the visa office can encash it any time and no one have any clue, except the SC bank guys; who can trace monthly who has drawn USD or CAD from their FC reserve. But guys my experience is, may be they encash it after they issue PPR even, as it's certified a payment and they can encash within 6 months. For example our forum mate mullermax (Ahsan bhai) tried couple of times with bank to ensure if the money was drawn, and found it was not, and he was upset. But interestingly within couple of days he got PPR, which was issued on a before date of his enquiry. so may be the bank guys misled him or the SVO really don't care about the draft. They encash it on their convenience, while they keep on issuing PPR.

So, just relax, they are about to issue the PPR, no worries, don't just simply waste time knocking the bank guys, or take tension. The PPR are on their way...........insallah.
Smile please..........cheers ;D

I received visa day before yesterday.
