Hello everybody!

We have paid our RPRF today from SCB Gulshan 1 branch in CAD. It took BDT 77781. We required to provide our nikahnama as well with other docs.

Our medical is received as per ecas. We did last week from Dr. Wahab with BDT 8000 for 3 member family

Waiting for receiving the PCC.

Tasneem

Hello everyone!

We are still waiting for the PCC.

But plz correct me if I am wrong. Now the next steps are:

1. we will send the RPRF and the PCC through currier, won't we? (which currier is the best and how much does it cost?)
2. The address for sydney office will be: Immigration Section, Level-5, 111 harigton street, sydney NSW 2000 Australia. right???
3. Any particular size of the envelop? or just putting the docs into any envelop and sending it?
3. Any forwarding letter required? or any other formalities?

Btw, when is the next get together? I really feel bad to miss the last one.

Thanks and Best Regards.

Dear Friends,

I got my MR, PCC, RPRF and Proof of funds in 15 May 2013 from AVO. It seems they transfered it from SGVO to AVO. I did my MR, PCC and RPRF last week. but I have a doubt and questions related proof of funds. In the corespondence i have received from AVO they mentioned about this :

Settlement Funds: Copies of the past 6 months of your bank statement transaction listings for your accounts to show your proof of unencumbered settlement funds for prospective settlement. Any large deposits must have clearly documented provenance to show the funds are yours. Failure to satisfy settlement funds as required by R76 (1) (B) may result in the refusal of your application.

The conditions :
1. The settlement fund for Canada was reserved in my spouse's account bank from 2011 till now.
2. I don't have enough fund ( cash money ) to show in my personal account.
3. I have asset on my name but I think they do not allow to show asset as proof of fund.
4. I have another source of money ( not in the settlement fund account ) can be transfer as soon as possible , but if I read the corespondence above (Any large deposits must have clearly documented provenance to show the funds are yours) I worried about it.

My questions :
How to show all fund in my wife account was also mine too ? and satisfy the officer ?
Should I make a letter to the officer explaining this conditions ? If yes what should I write ?

Kindly advise how to solve this issues. Thank you very much before and after.

Best Regards,

Kentoo

Dear Kentoo,
I think you don't need to worry. If you have money in another account rather than your settlement account, works very well! Of course that should be in your name. If so, just go to the bank and asked statement with transaction and a letter -to whom it may concern-mr. Kentoo has a account with us since.....having current balance.....which equivalent to CAD.....

One of my friend who showed his account in BRAC bank when applied and it was his salary account. Later on he showed his another account where he had his FDR. Thats simple.
2. If the account is not yours, try to make your wife's FDR account joint (but I afraid that might not possible)

3. You may show all of your accounts (different bank) statements and send a cover letter

I am not an expert or finance related people but think that you can also show proof that yo have sold something and got this newly deposited money.

Hope it will solve your problem.

Though here many experts are looking my post ;) but I take the chance to suggest you ;D ;D ;D

PCC: Follow-up with your police station...if they are sitting on it, sometimes they do it. Ask them if they need any information (if situation demands, give them some pocket money or in good word trips!! Je debotar je puja.)
1. Yes through Currier, DHL cost 3700 to 4200 tk, I sent through TNT express cost 2700 only. Google search for #s. TNT took 3 days only.
2. address is correct. again chk avo website
3. Simple envelop and courier service have one
4. yes, write a forwarding letter- answering to the vo email/letter requesting all the things. It would be wise to write your UCI/File # at the back of the RPRF and mention the bank draft number in your letter. Do not forget to answer their quarries-mentioning the attachments

Thinking that it will help u!

Dear Mrk2011, hhshumon, sky blue,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. Highly appreciated your help.

God bless you..

Dear Kentoo, you may also try Aramex.

FedEx took 3 days for delivery and charged Tk 2800 (for FedEx account holder). But Monir955 used Aramex, took 2 days for delivery and charged Tk 1800 only.

Just a suggestion.

Best of luck
