Brother I have one question to you....I have received request from AUVO to send IMM008, IMM5406 and IMM008DEP, this last form is whom who have more than five dependents, but I have only one child. So, if I will not send this IMM008DEP form, it would be any problems?

I have also done my medical at Dr Wahab clinic but they sent the report directly to VO, not to my mail.

It has been always like that. The report is sent to VO directly from the clinic.
Previously it was sent by courier and now by electronic format. Cheers................................................. ;D

Medical costs around 12,500 for a family of 04, PCC will require probably 1000 Taka treasury challan deposit , anyone less than 18 years old doesn't require.

Is here anyone face same problem??? Call for explanation / additional docs??

I didn't face any such question. They have asked me to do the Medical and send the Police Clearance Certificate and Landing fee.

I have done my Medical yesterday. They have not required any photo but picked digital photo. I'm planning to make RPRF tomorrow. Now tell me what and how to send it. The visa office asked me for only -MR & RPRF. Thats all. But do I need to send any photos, or passport copy? or only the bank pay order? and I need to send it by courier (Like DHL/T&T)?

Please check the MR Request Letter very carefully. It should have asked the latest PCC.

You should send the RPRF & PCC to your visa office address as mentioned in the MR letter by courier so that you can track whether it has reached or not.

I have done my Medical yesterday. They took 4 copies of photo. also they took photo digitally and said that all Medical report will be send by e-mail.
anyway, I didn't have any request for RPRF, PCC in my MR letter. Should I wait for their letter or Can I make my RPRF and send it to VO. But which VO should I send..SGVO or AUVO? need experts opinion
