Dera forum mate,
I got my medical request after 13 months when it changed to in process. The time starts from 2/3 months to almost a year. Don't worry, it will come, insallah and I hope it's pretty soon.

The other thing I forgot to share is, sometimes the ecas shows Inprocess instead of RBVO, and it happened to my younger brother, One of my friend and a colleague at least, the ecas shows in process from the very beginning unlike many of us, those who has got RBVO and after a while Inprocess gradually. We don't know why is that so, but your time line shows it's almost 2 years you are in process stage. You may consider to send a case specific inquiry ASAP.

Thats a good suggestion indeed. furthermore, you can request for a GCMS report if possible.
