By the grace of almighty ALLAH today we got the permanent residence visa for CANADA, my two year waiting at last got the result, waiting made it more sweet, ALHAMDULILLAH .

Most of you don't know my 1st application was returned due to incompleteness(January2011),luckily by this time I found this forum, and more luckily I found Dr.Hasib on this forum, this time he prepared my file ,otherwise I might be still RBVO as I was doing few mistakes again, which was corrected by Dr.HASIB. I am truly grateful to this forum form where I got not only Maple leaf but also a true friend Dr.Hasib,still now who is guiding me even from Canada. ALHAMDULILLAH. Thanx all forum mates who helped me throughout the process and also the founder of the forum who allowed us to help each other .
ohh my wife wants to add her name here as I got 5 points from her hahahah,Thanx to my spouse OLIVE.

Gap in personal history,lack of documents,confusing informations for example-In 1995 you were studying in Dhaka university but in personal information you showed you were working/staying at Chittagong;at the same time period you were doing 8 hour job(full time) and studying full time.Most Importantly Bad luck cause prolonged RBVO

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

You have not complied with our previous request for supporting documentation. Our first request was made on November 01, 2012. Failure to provide the requested items within 30 days of the date of this email will result in the refusal of your application:

- Undergo Medical examinations

-Original Good Conduct Certificate(s) (or Certificate of No Criminal Record)

-4 recent passport sized photos (instructions sent to you)

-Updated Schedule A Background / Declaration forms (imm5669) . -Original Passport.

We hope this information will be of assistance.

Reply to the e-mail and send a CSE immediately stating that you never received a Medical request or Additional docs request. Request them to extend your timeline for submission.

got no response from csi and caips note is same as every applicant of mi-2. waiting for review. im 100% sure ur application is also same condition. in note section they have written file ready for review. but this note is over 1 year old. since then they have done nothing.
