I made a CSE to SVGO on 22 Nov, 2012 and they replied on 23th Nov that there is no new update on my file....

though my application is RBVO since last Feb'2011,last 6/7 days before I sent a CSI, they replied on 3rd dec'12, there is no update! Allah amader sohai houn!

Done with my medical yesterday...will send passport on 21st of this month,,,,,,the instruction is to wait 15 days after medical before the passport submission

You are right, lots of applicants got IP, MR but they applied later. I applied on 27th January-2011, Received mail from CIO on 30th of March, Got acknowledgement letter from visa office on first week of May-2012. 19 months my ecase shows RBVO. Really too much frustrated. If not eligible why they hold my file. Last month sent CSI they replied to me my file is awaiting initial assessment by immigration officer that means he/she can reject my file if calculate less point. Waiting........ If three years honors with two years of masters degree. How much points will be calculate from education? I know CIO calculated 25 points but what will be do VISA office?

Yes, its too frustrating for us! I applied in Jan'12 and got RBVO in the end of FEB'11. Since then I'm in ecase RBVO means 21 Months in RBVO. Lots of the applicants (MI-2/MI-3) either similar time or laterer already got MR<PPR<Visa even in the same category! Allah amader sohai Houn! Bhai Pray for each other those who are in RBVO! also for others who are waiting for VISA.

I did my medical today after 15 days I will submit my Passport to VFS,are u going to submit other documents and RPRF also by VFS,as singapore vo asked me submit everything in one envelope and submit after 15 days.have u asked VFS do they only collect passport or also documents and bank draft(RPRF),any one here who have submitted bank draft and other documents and passport by vfs

You're asking the million dollar question... very poor performance on svo's part. I have a very risky point calculation like yours. Golay kata atkay ase emon lage...

generally CIO checks the complete application package with an initial point assessment.
VO does the background checks with the thorough point calculation.

Countries and territories whose citizens will soon need to provide biometric information to enter Canada as visitors

The Government of Canada has proposed to introduce biometric identity screening for nationals of 29 countries and 1 territory when they apply for a temporary resident visa, study permit or work permit. Once final, this change would take effect in 2013.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) plans to introduce the following changes in 2013:

If you are a national of a country or territory listed below, you will need to appear in person to have your fingerprints and photograph (biometric information) taken when you apply for a:

temporary resident visa,
study permit, or
work permit.
CIC will start to collect this information from people on a mandatory basis in September 2013. By December 2013, biometric screening will be mandatory for all temporary resident applicants who are a national of a country or territory listed below. The following are the proposed dates when mandatory collection of biometric information will begin:
