today, i have got my GCMS notes. total 34 pages. everything is not clear not me. summary is:

App status ; Open
App status reason : not updated
Ministerial instructions: Met
Eligibility : Not started
Security :Not started
Criminality :Not started
Medical : Not started
Counterfoil Required: Yes
Updated date : 2012/07/15
Due date : 2013/03/17

they called interview to assess my eligibility. concern area is my education. I have completed 4 yrs. bachelors (BBA) and 1 yr Masters (MBA). I claimed 25 points for total 17 yrs. education. but they gave me 22 points. My spouse did 3 yrs bachelors with honors and 2yrs Masters (regular MBA). I claimed 5 points for my spouse, but they gave me 4.

Interesting thing is, CIO gave me full points in both cases. But SGVO reduced the points and called for interview. Both party gave me full points in my Job experience and put positive comments

I have provided my transcript, certificate with my application. i dont know what shoul i do. any one can suggest me, what should i do now?

Rose11 You should wait. I cant understand why they gave you 22 for your 17 years education. 4 points for your spouse education may be accepted as her bachelors degree is 3 years. but you should got 25 points for your education. by the by, can you tell what is your total points that you claimed.

dont wory. you will provide certificate and transcript of your BBA and MBA exam and protest boldly.

at least you can say they will start reviewing your file from Mar 2013. i think this will be same for most of the MI2 applicants

Thanks for your sharing. They should give 25 points from education & 5 points from spouse education. How much points give CIC & CIO? I claimed 25 points from education 3 years bachelors with honors then 2 years Masters ( Regular MBA). I applied on 24th of January-2011, 2nd AOR received on 6th of April from SGVO & ecase shows RBVO from April-2011 to till date. I sent CSI to SGVO, they replied to me my file is in queue initial review. My NOC also 4152. How much points after review by SGVO? Please reply to me. Best of luck.

Dear all
I am in a pecuiliar problem..let me share and am inviting your opinion...
I shared earlier that SGVO has asked me to send additional documents and bank drafts..which inclueds rprf for me and my wife,,Today i went to scb gulshan,,,they told without medical they cant sanction a bankdraft for RPRF.But SGVO hasn't ask to do medical accordingly they dint send any medical related papers..again they sent me a letter addressing "your right for permanent residence fee is now due..if you dont deposit with 60 days of the date of this letter issued..........."

Now comment plsease

Don't worry, that is for the specific category NOC 9212 of MI1, i think.

Dear Rose,
I think u have got the pass marks obviously, otherwise SVO would not put u in interview ques. I I heard about 4152 category that if profession and subject of studies does not match they must call for interview. Would u please share your profession upon which u r claiming points. I think it must be related to social work. but as i c ur graduation is in business, they might be asked about it! But never be nervous. Tell them broadly about your profession and how it matches with ur degree. By this time plz study some basic aspects of professional social work in Bangladesh and in canada. I believe, if your preparation is good in this area, you can satisfied the visa officer.

My claiming point was 68. CIO also gave this. But SVO-65

SVO-65, CIO-68. I dont know why the two figures appeared ??? ???
