Anyone pls clarify my query...
SGVO asked me to submit updated declaration form...they have sent me the forms,,which is marked by my file number in the corner of the front page...but while i was with those i found in the instruction is to print or type,,,,now if i have to fill that form i have to type it....


do i have to type it ..is it mandatory?cos in my printer rather to download a new one and type it at the same time is easier...

need a suggestion pls

So far CIC doesn't accept any hand written form. You may need to type and print it.

I have sent a CSE on 04 sep and no reply even after 28 working days. then i sent my 2nd CSE on 10 Oct and still no reply.

You can write it by hand. You have to use block letters (capital letters).

'Print as a verb in instructions on how to complete a form generally means to write by hand in block letters (not cursive).

Type would refer to using a typewriter or electrical printer.'

They asked from me Nikahnama in Bengali(as i didnt give it by mistake before),Updated form IMM 5669,recemt ppc for me and spouse,recent pp size photo off all applicants,for newborn a bankdraft of 150 dollar,her pp size pic and birth certificate,and what is most desirable,,,,RPRF for me and my spouse,,

SGVO has asked for updated imm5669 for me and my spouse both,While filling i found i made a mistake in my previous form.My spouse has quoted a wrong address she lived in question number 12 the year 2000-2002...which was my address.i need to know should i mention it as a mistake done from my part and make it ok or wat can i do? please advice

I have the same reply "Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review". I sent CSE on 01-10-12 & got reply on 02-10-12.

Don't worry. I think its moving as some members are requested for updated documents. We are few in numbers in MI2 group. So best hope for October 12!!

I don't think so. Just send the new form with the correct info. This is just my opinion.

By the way, you made two applications right? One under MI-1 and another under MI-2. Is the updated forms request happening for your MI-1 application or MI-2 application? I am asking because several MI-1 applicants are now getting such mail such as yourself but on the other hand no MI-2 applicant was asked for this updated imm5669 form.

it means they didn't update of e-cas after 2012-06-12 !!!

The time isn't identical. No specific time. It can be updated any time any day.
