GCMS received

Dear all,
Hope you are doing well. I got My GCMS yesterday. The file moved several times. All my email correspondences to SVGO are also quoted.

The file moved on 26 March 2012 and on 17 April 2012,in screening notes, it was mentioned that the file was ready for review and decision by officer. It may be mentioned that, CIC did not award me adaptability points (5 for spouse education and 5 for relative in Canada) and in screening notes, academic degree, institution name and passing year of my spouse and myself were mentioned.Then the file again moved on 26 December, 2012 with a due date on 26 January 2013.

That is the gist of GCMS. Do you have any idea?

I think it is better not to email SVGO if not urgently required. It might delay the processing time. however, this is my assumption only. I decided not to communicate SVGO or CIC anymore.

It seems to me that my file is still alive and I believe, all files at SVGO are also moving. So please keep patience (I know it is tough for all of us, its being pretty long time..)

yes my GCMS was like that,but there were no mistakes in my point calculation

Dear Respected Members,

All of us (MI-2) have passed almost 2 years from the date PR application (1st AOR) & I guess the documentation check is over/completed by SGVO/CIC by now.
My question is:

1. If any candidate suffer for lack of point, would he/she hang day after day or he/she will be informed than and than. I mean, would SGVO will hang 2 years or more for this issue?

2. If any candidate suffer for documentation check (Proved any document is fake), would he also suffer 2 years or more or he/she will be informed it than and than or he will be asked for submit more document?

My prediction is that all MI-2 applicant is risk free now in terms of Point Grid & Documentation Check. Am I correct? Please the experienced and respected members share and let us know your comments.

in my gcms,the screening notes section, it is showing, eligibility outstanding :'(

file last moved in april 2012 and still in the same position. application assigned to and application assigned by people are HL01829 & PK01825 ... i dont know what is going on.. but i think one of these two person or maybe both are causing delay in processing

can u check in ur gcms please and see if these people are handling your case?

Yes, it is exactly same with my screening notes also, eligibility review outstanding, but the assigned to and by people/codes are different. I beleive, your file also moved again in december as of mine.

Let's hope for the best and wait till May, 2013, when new application intake will start. I personally will not make any contact/query to CIC/SGVO before that.

Dear all,

I ordered GCMS in 1 of March and I just got it in last week. My eligibility is still not started. CIC did not count 5 point for my wife education also.

I sent an update email regarding to my newborn baby in NOV 2012 and follow by update doc for my baby. VO received all and update in HISTORY note.

Thats wise a decision I believe. Just lets not bother SGVO for unnecessary reasons. Just look at the list, and the que. So many of our friends are there waiting,
so there should not be any reason to panic, and if you poke SGVO situation never gets faster. It had never been the case. So better lets pray to Allah for the best for all.

Do you know Deva_Avik? One of the famous few of MI-01 forum? He helped the forum mates a lot. He waited more than 2 years and after his processing started he got rejected. The reason stated was job mismatch. Look page 787 in MI-01 bang forum. Everything starts when they start processing (when your file is In Process), that is looking and verifying your documents. One of my senior Engineer friend got rejected waiting almost 2 and half years. His name is Mansoor bhai. They were not convinced with his job description, that mismatched the NOC he claimed.

If the case officer thinks there are some issues that has potentials to go through, they will ask for additional documents along with you Medical or will ask for an interview.

Absolutely agreed. But our friend kyteBd was asking if there is a chance of rejection, and for that I think there still is, because look at your case they are doing background check, then it is never a then and then rejection. It would take some time. For someones case if they find there is a mismatch in the experience certificate we provided and for initial selection it might be okey. But while cheking reality they find such company does not exist what will happen? If they find your qualification is not enough? Wont they have an opposite reaction, even thoug we wait 2 years?
