Dear All,

I got my medical rprf and passport request on Oct 21 2014, but the medical form itself was missing in mail and without the form and ime No. i cannot do my medicals . I have sent CSE, Urgent reply to Sporeimmigration @ international.gc.ca & General enquery to Singapore visa office about the missing form but yet I didn't get any response & i am worried will i get it within the time (30 days)

If I count today 13 days passed (Including next Saturday & Sunday).

How long have to wait & what should I do now ? ?

Dear Experienced Brothers, Please help me regarding submission of following documents:

MR: Will the medical centre provide me the report or submit online? Will they return all medical forms? [CIC has sent me 04 medical forms with different UCI & IME number]

Passports: CIC has instructed me to submit all PPs to CVAC [Dhaka, Chittagong or Sylhet]. Do I need to submit any other documents with Passports?

RPRF: In my RPRF, CIC has not mention my name, file number or any date of issue. It is a silly mistake I think done by CIC. Will there be any problem to make Bank Draft from SCB?

Regarding Bank Draft, PCC, all Photographs & filled in form 5669 [CIC has again asked those!!!], I need to send to SGVO using courier, right? Do I need to include the medical test result? [Or the Medical Centre will upload?].

And what else left? Experienced brothers please help me out...

MR: Just go to designated doctor, show the form. They will send the report online. I did medical in Dr Wahab's. No need to take photo with you. Medical centre will take photos with webcam. If any problem in medical report they will inform you before sending.
RPRF: Same mistake done to me , they send me a blank form without name and file no. Yes, SCB try to raise the issue when I went to make Bank draft. I submitted there the copy of webpages that shown we have to make a draft of CAD 490. The link you find on the form of RPRF. Take the copy of passport, medical fee receipt, blank RPRF form, Nikahnama if you are married and you need to fill up some form there. If you have account in SCB then take short time, otherwise it takes an hour. Need about 71500 tk. Don't go on sunday, international bank draft issuing closed on sunday.

I have inquired with another designated Medical [Dr.Lina] and they asked charge as below:
For 02 adult: 5000+5000 =10000
For 1st Children: 3200
For second children: 2500

Total: 15700
