Urgent:
Which address to send the additional documents to for Singapore office?

They have two addresses

Street Address:
One George Street, #11-01
Singapore 049145

Postal Address:
P.O. Box 845. Robinson Road
Singapore 901645

As per SVO, documents should be sent to: P.O. Box 845. Robinson Road

Courier can't deliver to PO Box.

I sent using FedEx to PO Box address, exception arose and I think next day they delivered to actual street address (George St).

I am from Bangladesh.My wife is a canadian by birth and lives in Quebec.she applied for me on April 28,2016. So far i got my
AOR (June 30, 2016.) ,
MED done (28 Mar, 2016) ,
file Transfered to singapore (June 30,2016.
Recently i got my CSQ (Quebec Selection Certificate) and transfered to Singapore on (30 Aug,2016).
MED done (28 Mar, 2016) ,

My question is generally how long does it take to get the PPR(Passport Request) from Singapore after getting the CSQ if the interview is waived :'( ?

How long does it take to get the Visa issued?

As Hasan said, it could take between 6-12 months in total from the date of the application submitted. As for PPR to passport in hand with visa from SVO is somewhere between 3-6 weeks...roughly 30 days+/-. It is advisable not to buy plane tickets or make other arrangements until passport is in hand - there had been exceptional cases where passports were returned way later.

I sent copies of some documents and PCC by courier to street address instead of PO Box...also scanned copies by email.

If your case is straight forward, you may expect PPR within six months to one year. Every application is unique...everything depends on the processing officials....this is way too early to predict when they will send PPR!!
