Can we sure that now SVO start the February applicants and complete all backlogs? ?

Hi Guys,

Got additional document request to "Send notarized Nikahnama in bengali". I have send the english copy before with the original application.

Questions:

1)Should I send both Nikah nama and marriage certificate in Bengali?
2)I guess it has also have to be accompanied by equivalent English copy ? They said accompany by certified english copy does it mean notarized?

3) What information need to be put in the DHL envelope regarding the applicant?

Thanks in advance.

Applied on March 14 2016
Approved as Sponsor: April 14, 2016
File Transfer: April 14
Processing starts at Singapore office: April 24
Additional Document Request: Sept 2

dear darknight1971,

I want to apply for my husband. I am in Bangladesh around 5 years. My husband is a service holder and I am a housewife. We have a beautiful little daughter. I am really confused about some things it would be really helpful if guys help me with these questions.

1. Do I or my husband have to show them any bank statement ?

2. If yes how much do we have to show them or else can we show them any assets instead?

.

Financial proof is not a requirement but it can be shown to explain how you will be able to support yourselves once you come back to Canada to settle. Since you weren't living in Canada for a while, you would need to show "proofs" of your intent to move back along with your family once they are approved.

Thanks for your reply akn2016. I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Bangladesh with my husband we have decided to apply for spouse visa but we haven't done any paper works yet. We want to gather all the information about how to apply first.

Thanks for your reply. What kind of material can be the "proof" of that which will make them believe that I really want to go there and intent to stay there with my family. This forum is my last resort for me to get help on this matter as I see you guys helping each other a lot. I will be needing more help for my application form. Thanks in advance.

dear lia i dont hav ny experience about it , hope other members can help.
if u take a job there and u can provide sufficient documents that u can support ur spouse then its ok to b sponsorship to b approved.

If your case is straight forward, you may expect PPR within six months to one year. Every application is unique...everything depends on the processing officials....this is way too early to predict when they will send PPR!!

Good luck!
