Hi Bonmanush,
For Appendix B from: do the spouse column need to be filled?
It says on the top that "Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children who will accompany you to Canada. Send the completed form with your passport(s). DO NOT send passports for non-accompanying family members."

Please reply me hurry. I have to submit it tomorrow morning.

jupitar - yeah just saw. finally. seems like took a month though. I am in BD for Eid and want to return with my husband this time. Honestly, don't wanna stay any longer than needed due to current occurrences

Can anyone tell me whether nowadays any Bangladesh specific form (i.e. country specific form) needs to be filled out, besides the general forms, by the Applicant?

IMM3907 - Which is really just another country specific checklist. The forms in that guide is mostly for Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Yes, Appendix A was asked to be included. But I don't think it was super important since it was just a checklist. As long as you followed the guidelines of it and included the required documents, you would be fine.

Oh we included whole email of ppr, hence Appendix A also submitted. Any idea how long it would take to get back the passport?
