My spouse paid Total BDT 2812.00 (Passport submission fee with docs is: BDT 2491.00 + SMS fee BDT 63.00 + GC Service fee BDT 258.00) at the VFS Centre Dhaka by Standard Chartered Bank (purchased from Standard Chartered Bank extension counter at VFS only).

That mean they are gonna return you wedding photos , wedding card and everything what you sent with application. They returned my photos and cards too.

Does anybody know anything about the conditional PR?like spouses who applied WITHIN two years of their marriage will have to stay together in canada for two years.Is that in force now??Or can we come back to bd after entering and then go in finally to settle as a resident after 6 months or so??thanks if anybody can help me!!Got final exams on january so donno if tht rule is in force or not coz orelse i will have to stay for two yrs in canada before i can come back!

I think following link will help you, where it says: "You must have been physically present in Canada as a permanent resident for at least 1,460 days during the six years immediately before the date of your application. You must also be physically present for at least 183 days (6 months) during each of four calendar years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of application. These requirements do not apply to children under 18."

Anyone got any idea how long its taking for your passport to get back to you after the Immigrant visa by SVO?

Anyone received their passport back from VFS Dhaka?By the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH I got my visa and copr yesterday! It took exactly 6 months!(From the day application filed to receiving my passport). I thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the forum members for helping me out and giving me so much good advices.I really appreciate it. I Pray to ALLAH that everyone in this forum who is going through the difficult times get their visas soon. IN SHA ALLAH!
