I received the MR on July 16 (issue date July 4), Almighty is great....

The MR is accompanied with - RPRF, updated photos, Schedule A and confirmation of interview waiver.

Hope all other MR come shortly...

Normally, if the medical report is clear then it takes almost 90 days for PPR. So you are good to leave shortly inshallah.
