RbVO inside IP is not the exact IP.
I was talking about the IP with IP message inside.

your NOC?
these days people with common NOC's arent receiving MR's the way they expected.
you will get your MR in 2012 or may be in the 1st half of 2013. CHC Singapore is not showing a good deal of interest for MI-1 applicants.

shk76,

CIC is sending this letter for docs update only to be sure of two things

1. over the last 1-2 yrs, many applicants might have had something changed/added into their lives. etc marriage, may be a good IELTS score, more experience years, more or less PoF, Divorce etc
2. Whether many stalled applicants want their application to be processed at all .

Dear Jnathan,

Thank you. Now I get your point. As the generic form will be applicable from April 2012 and the old one will not be in use, it is better to submit now, when the chance is given.

you can. as your file has not yet been reviewed ( Got passed IP) , you better submit the new forms.

pre June applicant if you are interested to put a case against cic , visit the following link! i am at the last of the pre june 2010 applicant , i dont know on which era they will call me for the medical and i am interested for the litigation process. it is really frustrating that they are giving priority to those who has the same noc , unfairly they are kept in waiting only reason that they are pre june applicant.

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after 27 February 2008 and before 26 June 2010, processing of your application is likely to begin in 2012; however, finalization may not occur until after 2012.

Seems the cases for pre-June 2010 have also been started moving in London VO as well. Below is the e-cas details of my friend from London VO. He is under NOC 0111.

We received your application for permanent residence on January 20, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 22, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on April 1, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012.

Wish everyone all the best!

Still waiting to hear from VO after sending my updates in Jan 2012. Did you not receive any letter of update?

that is what my VO told me. nothing to expect until Summer/Fall 2012.
they are releasing 1-2 MR's for Pre June 2010 applicants but the number is as I just mentioned, 1-2. God knows if those 1-2 applicants are their childhood friends. There is no accountability in this system and its not transparent at all.

My ecus has a new addition last week:

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on "DATE".

What does it mean?
I received a mail to update my docs (if any) few weeks back. Do I still need to send updated docs or sending them will slow my process?

Need urgent opinion.

It does mean that your file is being processed .Just send them immediately whatever is required by your VO through their email.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a Skilled Worker.

Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations require that applicants provide all information and documents required for the assessment of their applications. The selection criteria are clearly defined, and your eligibility for permanent residence as a Skilled Worker will be assessed on ...........

The thing is I have nothing to update as they requested in their previous email few weeks back. Now my question is do I need to send the new generic form at this moment? Will it facilitate or slow down my visa processing?
Please note that I saw the update in ECUS.
Now tell me should I send the new generic form or not?

If you have got their instructions, just send the things what actually they required. If you have not got any thing yet, just wait.

Thank you and bundoo for your advice. Actually they did not ask for anything, just said that they giving me a chance to update my documents within 60 days. The ECUS status changed well before 60 days. As there is nothing to update, I think I better stay quite. I hope that would be better.
