What I simply understand that they should send an email detailing the matter to the respective recipient whenever they send any kind of documents to the applicant. It would make the client alert about the prospective mails supposed to come to him/her and can make repeated query at the post office. For the mailing system in the third world countries is horrible.Missing a mail is like missing a future .

I fully agree with goal.....i received all my letters via normal mail....not registered, which surely carries risk of lost. These letters means a lot to many people and CHC not at all giving any care about their feeling.

Hey, i ve a problem. My dumb consultant made a mistake.....he just clicked the restrict button (restriction of case to case internet info) in the ecas instead of clicking the log out button, at the time of checking my ecas status in the CIC's website >:(

And now my ecas is showing that, "you have requested not to provide any info via internet". What to do...can anybody help??? How can i bring my status back in the ecas??? Is it just mailing the CHC Off to show the ecas status again??

Thanks in advance for help.

I think there is no timeframe now to send Medical to PPR. Long queue has sent the timeline into haywire.
