As you mentioned the consultants provide advice to Collect the documents which is relevent to NOC but in Practical most of them failed & asked help then they adviced to arrange atleast some documents which may help to get. Thats why they first got CIC approval but next when documents verification they failed to provide the documents consistency.

Of course there are some good Consultants but most of the time the Office assitant deal with them & the Main Consultant live in Canada.
Hope you understand.

ANybody received any Update yesterday?????????????????????

Hi All,
My status changed to IN PROCESS today. Medical Request Letter has also been received this morning. I have one concern and few questions regarding the process that ought to be followed from this point onwards, and will write about them in detail in this thread asap.

Thanks

Not yet to congratulate. Let the medical and Visa gets issued.
Invictus , would you please share your IELTS score? How uch did you score in 100?

As per the CIC rule, if applicant completes medical examination by 01 September 2010 then his/her Immigration Visa validity would remain till 31 August 2011 (one year from the date of medical examination). So, to obtain Permanent Residency the said applicant has to land Canada before September 2011.

Now, this is the predicament:

I am likely to begin a graduate program in the US from spring 2011.
The possible program time line is- Jan 2011 to September 2012.
Now, is there any provision to extend the visa validity period, so I can enter Canada hopefully upon completion of the program? (It’s written on the Med Request Letter that the extension of the visa validity is not permissible. Notwithstanding this, would appreciate your comment on possible avenues that I could explore.)
For the time being, I am planning to enclose with med and processing fees a Cover Letter explaining my circumstances and placing a formal request for an extension consideration.

Would appreciate if you could shed some light on this rather intricate matter.
Will welcome any suggestion wholeheartedly.

Thank you

spring 2011 is not that closer. you will get your Visa stamped passport before that.
Dont worry. As a backup you can do that what you wrote above.
