Bangalore - too late processing - any thoughts

I applied on Bangalore on July 11th. Medicals approved on August 11 and after that no updates- Why Delhi and other places are processing so fast? Tons of threads about visa approvals within 5 days etc. are here. Are these all fake threads? If it is genuine, then these are my thoughts
1. Bangalore officials are not doing their jobs
2. Anything related to traffic?

I would appreciate your thoughts regarding this

I am in the same sutatution. Medical approved and final decision says application approved but no msg for passport request since 20/08. No reply from embassy after email sent. Don't know what are they doing for online application. The online process is very slow.
