Two things required,

1) Copy of the Provisional Certificate (the one which is stating that we award Btec to this Guy ) should be send by the applicant

2) Second one is a Official Transcript should be send by your University / you can send the official Transcript on behalf of your university (If they give you the envelop to you).

Process to get official transcript - Call the University office and explain the requirement, they will advice how much fees u need to pay and how long does it take. This might take few days to few weeks (try your luck)...

Transcript should not be opened if they give u by hand - send it to WES without opening it.
