HELLO

PRABHJOT I READ YOUR STORY, SORRY FOR THAT,I JOIN THIS BLOG ONLY TO TELL MY STORY. I APPLIED IN 2002 CANADIAN IMMIGRATION TILL 2007 I HAVNT GOT ANY THING FROM IMMIGRATION SIDE AND THEN I APPLIED STUDENT VISA FOR MY WIFE NAME IN 2007 SEPT AND THEN THEY REFUSED MY WIFE STUDY VISA, BECAUSE THEY SAID WE ALREADY APPLIED IMMIGRATION FOR CANADA (SO THIS IS MY FIRST REJECTION). IN 2008 I GOT A LETTER FROM MY IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT THAT THEY REFUSED MY IMMIGRATION APPLICATION AFTER LONG WAIT OF ALMOST 7 YEARS (SO THIS IS SECOND REJECTION) AND AGAING I APPLIED CANADA IMMIGRATION ON MY WIFE NAME BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS WHEN I APPLIED THEY SEND OUR APPLICATION BACK BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE RULE AND REDUCE THE CATEGORIES (THIRD REFUSAL). NOW I AM PLANNING AGAIN TO APPLY FOR IMMIGRATION TO CANADA WITH ANOTHER HOPE. SO DONT LOSE HOPE, BE POSITIVE BELIEVE ON YOURSELF.BELIEVE ON GOD.

But I still want to pray, I still want to wish. I just pray that it should be an error in my case as well like others.

I know how much important is this for all of us and I wish no one face the moment I am facing today. its very hard, very very hard. Even after reading that status I just came out of my office and wanted to die. It is so much depressing I cant even explain.

I know you all are waiting for my reply. I got my refusal letter today... VO said he is not satisfied that I am performing NOC duties...aah

I really cant sit back and watch all this. I gave full year and money to this process. I gave ref letter signed by my manager. VO dint made any verification call to my employer. How can they take decision.

I am not loser.

I request everyone that please let me know the process of Appeal.

SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR VISA REFUSAL, I GOT THE SAME REJECTION IN 2008 AND SAME WORDING THAT I AM NOT PERFORMING THESE DUTIES WITHOUT ANY VERIFICATION FROM MY EMPLOYER AND EVEN WITHOUT INTERVIEW. I CONTACT SO MANY SOLICITARS IN INDIA AS WELL AS IN CANADA AND I SEND MY EMAIL TO CAMPBELL COHEN OFFICE TO APPEAL FOR MY CASE BUT THEY SAID IT IS NOT EASY TO GO FOR APPEAL, FIRST IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING AND SECONDLY YOU HAVE TO APPEAL IN CANADA NOT IN YOUR COUNTRY. THEY ONLY SUGGEST ME TO CHOSE ANOTHER OPTIONS. SO REST IS UP TO U.

thats a real shame and pity. you gave the letter signed by your employer and he did not bother to check with employer but asked for interview and in interview did not let you speak.

dear i don't know the process of appeal but you should definitely do it. you can make a case that you performed all the duties and instead of checking with your employer he refused you solely on his own opinion.

I was having only one hope left and that too is gone.........Its sad that I cant even appeal
 
dear try it. don't compare yourself with others. i remember somebody wrote directly to minister kenny to address his cause and his case was reopened and he got it finally.

yes i agree its upto case to case,but i m not giving u false hope
if u want then try with immigration consultants and lawyers and even minister kenny as per (pittabread) explain your situation and check what they says.

i am not against appeal, but i m telling you the facts

its ok dear,
For me each reply is valuable..

I will talk to my consultants tomorrow. Let c what they will suggest. Its not just about Canada. Its about my emotions. My employer is sending me US in April. They wanted me to now itself. but I will eligible for L1 in April so I have to wait. H1 cap has been reached to end for this fiscal year..otherwise I would have applied till now.

I know my case was genuin and I gave all the proofs. If one VO is personally not satisfied CIC can not avoid my proofs.

I dont know what my consultants will say or what will be the result now. But I am going to fight for it now. If they were not satisfied with exp or job duties, they should have reject it at the time of initial review itself.

Please keep on sharing your exp. You all are my streanth now. I have already got refusal so there is no fear left now. If god wants me to fight for it, Let me show how far I can go with it.

I have a theory that they are making the refusal decisions based in the degree each person has, and that corresponds exactly to which the NOC says, I believe that´s why they are taking decisions without even looking to employers reference letters.


Everybody What do you think?

Prabjot could you please tell us your NOC and degree or specialization of course if you want to.
 
I am having masters in comuter application. NOC 0213.

Both are related. I gave ref. letter on companies letter head signed by my manager.
