Bad credit on PCC?

Let say you have bad credit history from a Canadian bank. You too money from the credit card and did not return them. Will that show in the police clearance certificate in Canada?

NO, many people do that cause they need the money to invest to buy property back home or other investments, not paying credit card bill is not a crime so enjoy However no lender in Canada will ever give you money, so unless you plan to ever come back to Canada to borrow money live like a free bird man.

So basically I will have a hard time to get mortgage or any other kind of credit, but other then that my police file will be clear?
Even if the bank sue me, that will not show on my pcc?

Exactly, like I said its not a crime. The madness in which real estate market is going in this country you are really not missing out on anything
