Hi There,

I had lived in canada on Student Visa for 11 months and i had a CAD $1200 bills on my credit card. i could noimt able to pay that bills due we lost money in stock market and i had to go home as i could not able to afford the fees. I left canada before my visa expire.

I am planning to apply under H1B immigration category in Alberta. Do my bad credit affect my Immigration process.

Please help me out in this issue.

Thanks in advance

We never heard if alberta check credit score before approving ?? since you have stayed there, they might ??

if possible why don't you make payment , anyhow when you will go to canada you might have to clear that so why not now

above is just an thought and can not be considered a legal and only option..

good luck

Millions of Americans owe money more than 55000$, Loosing their house under foreclosure, Canadians are losing homes as well, Canadians including Albertans are loosing job and have Credit Card payment unpaid!! Nothing special in your case its economic downturn.

Your replies are always precise with no blah blah. BTW, are you really the Governer of Alberta ?
