backup funds ? how ? going to file visa this week, help pls

dear members,
i want to ask how do I show backup funds for app

already got gic ,paid 1 sem fees

But as I read from previous posts, its safer to show funds for 2nd semester as well, to be on the safe side...

My question is, if those funds are in my bank, how do I show them?
Like a xerox copy of my passbook? or what ?

I have those funds in bank but how do i show?

MaY I ask if this 2nd semester funds showing is necessary for app , or just a add-on?

because in the checklist it says fee receipt, confused if 1 year or 1 sem, and some people seem to even show bank statement like I feel I should?

Only 1sem fees and GIC r requirements. If u wnt to show extra funds it just an addition,get a bank statement that clearly shows ur bank name and address with ur name (or) ur guardian name(ur parents) as the account holder along with the account number
