backside information on immigration photo

what information should be provided on the backside of the immigration photo? is it only the name and date of birth of applicant? or something more?

You will have to check your country specific instructions. some require just a signature and others require signature and date of birth and still others may need more info or less.

My visa office is new delhi, India and the country specific instruction does not say anything about it? So any idea where to find this information?

Nothing is written in the instructions for India, It states you must provide 6 recent photos.

To be safe you could put the full name, signature, and date of birth on the back of each one. This way you have it covered.
