Backout by my employer on last stage of my file

Hello sir
Good evening, I am Manjeet HCCP applicant November 2020. Please help me Immigration officer sent an email to my employer to send ADRs documents within 14 days.When I called She replied me will not give any document and will not sponsor me... Please tell me can I change the employer at that time and will immigration accept new employer ?What I do ..I don't have much time. Please help me...I am waiting from last three years.

You should try to find a new employer to sponsor you as soon as possible. Unfortunately this is your only option for trying to keep your application going. Good luck.

Thank you...and please tell me I have to email to Immigration to tell them for new employer...or can directly send employer's documents through my gck portal. And tell me any need to mention advertisement.

And my new employer has T1 not T4...can he sponsor me

You would want to inform IRCC that you are changing employers. Your new employer needs to meet all of the job offer conditions.

I dont understand. Do you mean to give notice? If you haven't started work, it wouldn't seem that a notice period would apply as you have voided the contract. I hope I'm understanding you correctly. I cannot remember the context of this thread.

I mean to say that if ircc ask me that how did I find my new employer and from where, what should I say because my employer didn't post any advertisement and I found him through a known. Is it important for my employer to post an advertisement or they can hire me directly?

There is no need to advertise anything. It isn't an LMIA application.
You are simply stating how you know the person.

Is this employer an individual and you work out of his/her home? Reason I ask is because you said employer has only T1 not T4s. If working out of home and not for a company then submit all documentation.
