Backlogs affect ADmission

i had 15 backlogs in my bscit .I am looking forward to do advanced diploma in computer .
Will my backlogs affect my adm or visa

Well there are two problems:
1. U have 5.5 bands in two modules, might be a problem.
2. U have low b.tech percentage.

C buddy, luck plays an important role in visa. I hope luck will be in ur favour. U have 50- 50 percent chances.
