Backlog issue for study visa

I have cleared my b.tech from 2010 to 2015.
I got 12 backlogs in the whole degree.
Now i am planning to go abraod for further studies...but they only accept 8 backlogs.
So how can i become eligible for canada?

It is no where written that they only accept 8 backlogs. Dont apply under SPP. Try the general visa process.
