Is it necessary to submit backlog certificate if the all the transcripts are submitted...? I have done polytecnic diploma in automobile enginnering from a govt. College here in India and applying for bechelor in industrial design at humber college.

Yes bro it is neccesary for students belong to specially Haryana and PUNJAB. Because it show your order of passed semester and total backlog. If u had any backlog in ur diploma or degree then it required otherwise no need. Because it is necessary when your passed semester has no regular order
Btw tell me something in first semester I got 45 in maths and in the second semester I got 62....so with these marks I m eligible..? My consultant is telling me that I can't because I have 45 marks in first semester....what should I do bro...where as I got 62 in my second semester and in undergraduate program you need 60 marks in maths...I m scared ...Yes you are eligible bcz ur overall marks is above 50.
