I don't no if anyone is here facing what i was facing too because it has been a 4years now since i made my submission and everything in the status is complete except background verification which up till now is in progress and i want to if anyone has an ideal about this delay and why are day delaying some application like that.

Posting under Immigration, not Visitors. If you have been waiting for 4 years and never followed up with IRCC on your application, then reapply. Where do live (China, Iran/Iraq) to have it in background check for 4 years?
