Background Verification Started but not Review of Eligibility

Does anyone have anyy idea how long this Background Verification takes, because it's really taking so long

My background verification has been in progress since September 07 and still in progress.

Where are you from and when your background verification started?

Submitted: 18 October
Medical exam request: 8 November
Medical exam passed: 22 November
Eligibility passed: 23 November
Background check passed: 14 December
PPR: 14 December

Iirc you applied for Oct 18, I applied for Oct 19

I always got updates around 12pm (GMT+7) except for the PPR, it was at 10am. Did you get any updates yet?

Biometrics - 6 sept done
Medical- 14 sept updated (passed)
my background check is showing in process and has not changed since the start
Review of eligibility has yet not started
could anyone help me out and tell is this usual? How long does this thing takes? I'm tensed

SDS or non SDS. What were first reasons for refusal and did you order GCMS? Did you address reasons for refusal in second application?

Refusal was based on POF despite having enough funds.I ordered for GCMS and I reapplied after resolving previous refusal concerns;but so far Eligibility hasn’t started after medical updated as Passed.

If non SDS, wait a few weeks. Assume you showed your own funds in personal account, paid tuition etc. What country and is that your country of citizenship?

Non-sds.
Yes I showed my own funds of course,I’ve paid full tuition and also GIC as well.
I’m From Nigeria.
Any idea if requesting for Gcms note would delay the application process any further?
I just need some sort of update about the Eligibility or any form of progress on my application to give me some hope.
