We have sent this forum(imm5669e) to CIC via the personal account upload. My husband and I have filled this form really carefully making sure that we have followed all the guideline provided by CIC and Validated it. It been a 3rd time since CIC asked for a replacement. They didn't specify what was wrong with it. Is there anyway that we can know why they are asking us for a replacement?
