Background declaration form

Hi guys,

I am not sure the form "Background declaration (IMM 5669)" should be filled only by the principal applicant, or should be filled by each dependent? I see at the beginning of the form there is a choice "principal applicant", "dependent".

the background declaration form has to be filled out by the principal applicant, spouses and dependents aged 18 or older.
