Background/declaration form imm0008_1e question 10

Hi,

In form imm0008_1e question no. 10 (education) there is written ...

Give the number of years of school successfully completed for each of the following level of education.

elementary/ primary...? ?
secondary/high school...? ?

I am from Bangladesh..in our country
primary level schooling is for 5years (mine is from 1987 to 1991)..then
3 years lower secondary level schooling(from 1991 to 1994)...
2 years for secondary level (equivalent to O level)(from 1995 to 1996, but exam held in 1997)..
2 years Higher secondary level (equivalent to A level)(from 1997 to 1999)...

Now I am confused what no. i put in the relevant box?

Question B) in second part i have to write the duration from secondary to university...But I am confused when to start? is it from 1991 or 1995??
