Background Completed to Test Invitation - how long?

Have you noticed how long it took you from the change to "background completed" to the test invitation??
People claimed it was 90 days but that doesn't (obviously) apply in everyone's case. I am well past the 90 day mark but no test invite yet. There is no data or no pattern here.

Thanks! I was just checking the tracker: it looks like most people who were requested FP in 2021 got test invites 1-2 months after they sent the FP (which should trigger the "background completed".

What do you think?

See for example "el02220" or "Alikhlas99" among August 2019 applicants.

"Background Completed" came after you sent them FP?
So you applied after the pandemic?
Otherwise what triggered the change to "Background Completed"?
I never received a FP request. I got scheduled for test (tracker was updated this morning).

Background Checks will be set to "Completed" after BOTH criminality (RCMP) and security clearances are available to IRCC.

I got Test invite notification while everything is at "In progress" except for Citizenship Ceremony".

NEED URGENT HELP

I applied for Paper Based and Got AOR Letter and Email on May 09, 2023. Still, today, when I am trying to create a citizenship tracker account using my UCI and Application number, I am getting this error:


Correct these errors:
  • Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Is there any solution to this? Please let me know so I can create an account and see the status and next steps.
