Hello everybody ! I did have my interview back in the 8th October and after the interview i was informed that i got accepted but also i got informed that i have to wait for background checks and that will take 2 to 3 months or even less , its been more than 3 months now and we haven't hear anything from them and im worry that there is something wrong even thou i am sure not .
Is it normal to take this long ? and what if my medicals expires .... ? can anyone please give me an idea if this is normal or not.
Thanks

Hi Binono,

There are few things you should consider after your application got accepted soon after you passed eligibility. According to your GCMS notes if you happen to order one you will see where they have reached processing your file. No one will tell you exactly what they are doing right now. Members on the forum will only guess around your question, neither a MP nor a lawyer will tell you why it is taking long than you were promised by that immigration officer. Since I ordered twice my GCMS notes I really understand the why, when, what and how about my application which no one told me on this forum. Please I strongly recommend to you that you may order your GCMS notes, you will get so many answers and clarities of how your application is progressing. I did not say not to ask questions on the forum. Let's say If you order your GCMS notes and you don't understand something you can ask a question on the forum and when someone who had the same situation; will help you decoding information out of your GCMS or letter received from CHC.
