Hi Guys, just got GCMS notes today. I am very confused. I applied Feb 1st 2016, AOR April 11 2016, Med request Feb 1st 2017 (I had already done medicals on Jan 16 so I just asked the doctor to link and submit the medical result which he did on Feb 4th) up till now my medical is still saying 'in progress' do you know why? shouldn't it be saying passed by now? PLEASE advise me, what should I do? I have representative but they are very annoying and never really want to answer my questions, I regret using them. i can't even link my application online because I have a representative. PLEASE advise?

Is anyone here from Iraq? Do you know how long the background checks usually take?

I sent an email to the VO and they replied that they are still processing the BG, once anything change they will be in contact, lets hope for the best soon, I believe we might redo the medicals not sure if they will extend for out-land applicants

I have just recieved notes... nothing has been changed significantly as far security is concerned, but one thing that worrying me is that blanked space has been increased beneath security admissibility and 1 has been removed infornt of security... Neither instruction to partners nor any instructions from partners are being shown... Is their anythingg to worry?

Its been 6 months since background checks in progress.. medical was extended by an year this november 2016

Does anyone here have an idea how long the security checks take for people from Iraq?
I'm sponsoring my husband who lives in Iraq and it's been 20 months since we applied. We're already 1 month past the processing times. Security check started 3 months ago. Anybody here in the same situation?
