hi i need help. we havent gone through medical exam but out e-cas showed decision made status. is that possible? they received our appliation july 5 2013. we received the eligibility notice october 5 2013. we were called for an interview april 30 2014 and now our e-cas shows decision made status.

They closed your file and have refused your application. What was it they asked at Interview? That will help to know the possible reason for the refusal.

ur verification done now VO will process it furter and start ur security checking wihc may take 6-10 months therefore please wait for VO letters or further instructions.

thank you for your valuable suggestion but 6-10 is enough time period. and still showing in my e case . your file received on..........., nothing add additional line now. when second line will appear.? plz guide me properly and why they r delaying my case .

and one thing more which is very important how much chance is for refused my case , 4 month already over.

I have 25 months of work experience but my first job was 7 months my second job was 7 and my current job which I've been working for is 11 months. An immigration consultant told me that CIC may not count those months for my work experience because the time of each job is shorter than a year. It is true? Please advise me on this issue.

your experience is calculated on the basis of ur NOC code .. not on the basis of institutions u have worked for. if each time u have changed ur NOC code .. then there is a problem .. if not then u r good !!

2. How to show Provident Fund (PF) as Funds? I have PF account with Govt of India where my contribution and employer contribution have been deposited from several years.
