Technically, it shouldn't -- b'coz ur 'eligibility' criteria stands 'locked' once the apps r submitted.

I'm a new here , I sent my med. result on May 15,2012 and I still waiting for PPR , yesterday,I received an email from V.O they confirm received my med. result and I have to wait the result of Back ground checking.however, on June 15,2012 I changed my employer and traveled abroad in 5 days trip to country that I never visit before, should I told V.O for these changing or not.
Dear, if you have information or a similar situation I hope to share your opinion Huh??.

Is my change of position and department will affect my application? I apply as Accountant in 2010 and late 2011 I was transfered to IT Dept due to business needs. This 2012 when i send my updated letter of employment still the accountant position was written in the letter cause i told them that I have a FSW application.will it affect my background check?

It does not affect your file. Just you have update VO about all the changes that happens to you during the process. What you did remain as your asset. So change does not matter if you can prove it to the VO through letters from the company.

I have received the my GCMS note on 15.09.2012.

But it is same like 1st one which i received on 27.06.2012.

Same Selection : Passed, Eligibility : Passed, Medical : Passed, Criminality: Passed.

One new note is added on 7.06.2012 saying " RFPF paid, Medical Passed, Request PP for all."

Till now i have not received PP.

On 9.07.2012, i got reply for CSE that BC & Security check is going on....

I am just worried now..our medical is expiring on 21.11.2012, we left with only 67 days now...and no pp request form NDVO yet...

What are the chances,.....how much time it will take...

Can you please guide me on this...

I don't think there is any crime sending them another CSE since the last time you heard from them was July.

It is your right to do so.

Though am not too familiar with NDVO working procedure, in my case I did send 2 CSE within 30days to LVO and the response was positive.

So I will urge you to ask them about the status of your file.

I don't know what others think in the forum anyway.

Wait for forumite reply and make your decision.

Need a piece of professional & practical advice...

My wife has done her Operation Theatre Assistant Diploma of two years & having an experience of 5 years in same field.. BUT in year 2010 she decided to get enrolled in B.Sc. Nursing(4 years degree programme)... she has successfully completed her 2 years of education & 3rd year is going on...

Now we are double minded that should she continue her nursing degree or drop that..

Please advice the prospects of OT Asst. & if she decides to continue with her nursing then what else she needs to do in Canada to get registered & to get a job. {if advisable}

As its still 2 years remaining which is a long time ..... Is there any option so that she can continue her studies in Canada...
