Replied to u somewhere else.
1. Ur file is on 'hold' pending review by ECU. The timeframe of which is unknown, the process being new.
2. No issues in obtaining our GCMS notes [it's under "Right" to Information Act].

Qorax

SIR, many thanks and as usual you have been so helpful. Would you please expand ECU for me? God bless :) :)

Hi qorax boss,

Please let me know where my file has stuck?

Medicals were expired on 23-11-2011. I am still waiting for re-medicals.

According to the CAIPS notes, BC are going on my file. BFD was 08-03-2012.

My FTH is NIL. I have no issues/cases against me with court.

What are they scrutinizing? >:( >:(

Please give suggestion...

Hi sir Quorax,

If i cannot submit police clearance at a given timeframe, do i need to advise VO that clearance is on its way? do i need to attach documents to show that i did my best effort to meet the deadline?

Thank you..

Yes, that's sure a wise thing to do.

Qorax Sir

Is there any difference between ECU and ECD. In my GCMS notes it is mentioned

Comments by VO – Eligibility passed, Funds Met, Crim pending. ECD: Please issue med X 2, and request :- Indian PCCs, RPRFs, PPTs

My Application group name - MI1 RFV Docs pending

Does this RFV mean Ready for Visa and should I be rest assured that sonner or later my case will get thru.

Regards

1. U r correct with RFV -- but that doesn't ensure u a 'peace-of-mind' due to the current volatility of the processing situation.
2. I'd guess ECD is the new name for ECU, IMHO.

Sir,

Need your guidance on one more issue. As per GCMS notes, the comments are:

Comments by VO – Eligibility passed, Funds Met, Crim pending. ECD: Please issue med X 2, and request :- Indian PCCs, RPRFs, PPTs

Should I send the visa office updated PCCs even before they send a request? Would it help in saving time for further processing?

Regards

Dear Sir Qorax

Our cases at CHC London are stuck from last six months after medicals. No change in Ecase and in emails they told that 'Routine Background Checks" are in progress. Please do let me know that are these criminal/security check which CHC is conducting after our medicals or something else?? because job verification has not been made in most of cases.

with kind regards,

hello qorax,
finally i received my MR in mid july 2012..(along with RPRF/PASSPORTS/MEDICALS)(no pcc as it was submitted along with application). i submitted above documents and also travel history form(although it was not asked) as i travelled to singapore/malaysia for visit purpose...will this reject my application?
my ecas says,

your application was received on **april 2012.
we started processing your application on ** july 2012.
medical results have been received.
so no how long should i expect my stamped passports back with visa? just approximate...i am planning to land in mid november. does medicals received line means medicals are clear???

your response will be appreciated.
