Sir,being 2007 applicant and as per my caips n next BF'D 29-6-2012 It is found that
(1)selection is not confirmed before 29-march-2012 and maybe not on 29-6-2012 ,do u think my application will not process further? or it will be returned?

Not unless u've "convictions" thru a judicial process.

is it normal to have remeds? specially that they put as a note that medical is for one year only and cannot be extended.. should we contact them? or this is normal process?

It, usually, takes 2-3 months to get the meds 'seconded'... by end of Aug-12 u should have ur clearance... u guys r in a tight rope -- we can hope to have the fresh PPRs by Sep-12 -- but practically u should be prepared for reMeds.

Believe you are doing well. I had sent you this query before but looks like it missed your notice. I received my GCMS notes and there is somethign that's worrying me. Under paper file history, the satus of my file is shown as PUT AWAY. The status of security check is CANCELLED and criminality is IN PROGRESS. Do you think this means my file has gone on hold (may be NOC 0632 is on hold coz they don't need them any more at the moment??) and this is the reason why security check is cancelled? The PCCs say no adverse info. But in one of the areas, Indian PCC is wrongly shown as Pakistan PCC. Will this cause problems to me? Moreover, there is no BFD mentioned anywhere on it - is it coz the file is on hold? . Sir, do you think it will be problem if my visa officer comes to know that I have obtained GCMS, in case I make an enquiry to him based on my GCMS? I am so desperate and frustrated now, would hiighly appreciate your views. May God bless you

Replied to u somewhere else.
1. Ur file is on 'hold' pending review by ECU. The timeframe of which is unknown, the process being new.
2. No issues in obtaining our GCMS notes [it's under "Right" to Information Act].

If i cannot submit police clearance at a given timeframe, do i need to advise VO that clearance is on its way? do i need to attach documents to show that i did my best effort to meet the deadline?

U would have no issues with that... CIC 'knows' the constraints of Sputum Culture & its timeline. Besides a few days here-n-there is acceptable.

my security screening status under admissibility is blank update date, status update date and validity date all blank can't understand what this all means,most of the files of our timeline are at the end of journey and you me and might be some others are stuck ,oh God please help us.
trying to understand the meaning of (put away) n let you know if I will find some clue about it.
