1. As u get married u r required to add ur spouse to ur apps imdtly.
2. Landing w/out doing the foregoing is misrepresentation, can get u a ban of 2-yrs. and difficulty in fetching ur spouse,
3. Send all the docs+forms+processing fees for ur spouse to ur VO,
4. Then wait for her meds call.
5. The entire process should be over in 3-4 months.

Dear Qorax Sir,

I have received an email from chc yesterday asking for additional document. They have given me 30 days to submit 1. income tax paper and 2. Bank statements showing my salary 3. PCC (which is not a problem)

Now my questions are

1. My income was never taxable and i have not filled any return of my income. I have form 16 showing the same. Is it enough to submit only form 16 or any further declaration or pay slips need to submit?

2. As all my employers had paid me salary in cash so no point to submit bank statements. I can get the same declaration from my employer on their letterhead.

Please share ur view about my chances.

You can get a letter from CA regarding your income was not taxable. You need to give some proof that you were earning XXX income and as per so and so laws of income tax, it was not taxable. You can add Salaray certificates from your employer. You can add 16 A forms. Add whatever documents you have that can prove that you were working there. Get some reference letters from colleagues.

Do i need to send copy of renew passport to NDVO Straight away. OR
Just renew my passport and wait for MR. and Send renew passport with attached old passport at the time of passport request.

Dear Qorax.

I looked in above sections of GCMS for due date, I found very strange stuff even though the status of 'eligibility' is 'passed' and status date is '06/16/2011' the due date is '06/15/2012'!! What does that mean? If the task is completed why is there another due date? Is it something related to review of the file? Or my file was transferred to CPP Ottawa from BUFFALO that's why.... I see same stuff for Criminality and Medical. Their status is Passed but again they have due date of June 16th 2012..

Any idea what does that mean? I will really appreciate your response. Thanks

March 08 2012: ReMeds has been received by London VO and we sent a follow up email on 19 May 2012.

June 10 2012: We are writing with regards to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please be advised that this application and subsequent submissions are currently under review by an officer. You will be contacted once the review has been completed. No further action is required from you at this time.
Now my question is according London VO time frame, it has been changed from 36 months to 46 months this morning. Is that mean we have to wait for 9 months more to complete 46 months or it is not about our file(June 2009)? ???

Those 'processing timeframes' r immaterial, it'd not apply to everyone, those r for 'best-case-scenarios'.
